-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please download and enjoy these readings for your great spiritual benefit. Mokichi Okada, also known as Meishu-sama, composed a large number of waka poems on various subjects, in order to convey the essence of his spiritual philosophy in a short form. He taught that by reading and hearing those inspired teachings of truth, we receive Divine Light through our eyes and ears, and are purified - thus awakening our spirit to the truth.

In Service to Humanity (B)

Strive to become the kind of person who wishes
For the happiness of others always;
Because God loves such a person best!
When our minds are cleansed,
And we are free from selfishness
And pray for the welfare of others,
We are in harmony with God.     (Nidai-sama)
Serene is my mind, cheerful is my heart,
When I am working for the welfare of others –
For the good of all humanity.
